I will accompany you in a process of rediscovery of the heart-warming power of inner peace and emotional balance. I will listen to your story and offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you will have the possibility to be supported and held throughout your journey of self-discovery. I can help you take care of inner conflicts and tensions, and gain an understanding of how they reflect on your interactions with the environment around you.
I am interested in exploring the role of the breath and the body in the emotional healing process; when appropriate, I will integrate my practice with mindfulness-based exercises and interventions.
