One-to-one mindfulness
These sessions are aimed at helping those who are struggling with either anger issues or family dynamics challenges.
We will be together on a ‘journey from war to warmth’ to give you the opportunity to take care of inner conflicts and experience the soothing effect of emotional healing.
I will ask you to buy mindfulness books that deal with the issue you need to explore, and guide you through the suggested practices. You will be invited to practise specific mindfulness exercises between appointments and, during our sessions, you will also have the opportunity to explore your emotional response to the work we are doing.
